NIGERIA AGRIBUSINESS GROUP MOURNS PRESIDENT ARC. KABIR IBRAHIM FASKARI

The Nigeria Agribusiness Group (NABG) has announced with profound sadness the passing of its President, Arc. Kabir Ibrahim Faskari, describing his death as a great loss to Nigeria’s agribusiness and agricultural development community.

In a statement signed by the Nigeria Agribusiness Group and make available to social media platform, the organisation expressed deep grief over the death of its President who was widely respected for his contributions to the growth and transformation of Nigeria’s agriculture and agribusiness sector.

Arc. Kabir Ibrahim Faskari was recognised as a strong and committed voice in Nigeria’s agribusiness space, where he advocated for policies and initiatives aimed at strengthening agricultural development, supporting agribusinesses and improving the overall performance of the sector.

During his tenure as President of NABG, he provided leadership and representation for stakeholders within the agribusiness community, contributing to conversations and efforts focused on the development of Nigeria’s agricultural economy.

The group said his leadership, dedication and contributions to the agribusiness community would remain deeply remembered by colleagues, stakeholders and others who benefited from his commitment to the sector.

NABG described his passing as a painful moment for the organisation and the wider agribusiness community noting that his absence would be deeply felt by those who worked with him and shared his vision for a stronger agricultural sector.

The organisation extended its heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, colleagues, friends and the entire agribusiness community praying that they would find strength and comfort during this difficult period.

The Nigeria Agribusiness Group also prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased, saying: “May his soul rest in peace.”

His death marks a significant loss to Nigeria’s agricultural and agribusiness community, where his voice and commitment to the advancement of the sector will be remembered.
