Bashir runs an NGO Aquabashy Fisheries Foundation with the aim of engaging, educating and empowering WOMEN and YOUTH through Integrated Value Chain-Addition of Fisheries and Aquaculture sector.
Bashir is the President of AQUALEGEND YOUNG STARS CO-OPERATIVE which render financial assistance to fish farmers in the area of viable fish seeds (Fingerlings and Juveniles), good quality feed and efficient and reliable machines for smooth running of Aquabusiness.
