Participants gain access to funding, business tools, and structured workforce support pathways to scale operations
Entrepreneurs, business owners, and aspiring innovators from diverse sectors of the economy converged in Ilorin, Kwara State, on April 30, 2026, for the Business Growth Accelerator Conference themed “ENLARGE: NOW OR NEVER!” The high-impact event, held at St. Joseph Hall beside the Police Headquarters in GRA, Ilorin, drew participants from across all 16 Local Government Areas of the state.
The conference, organized by Business Growth HQ in collaboration with Kwikseller, provided a strategic platform for enterprise development, equipping participants with practical knowledge, tools, and access to growth opportunities aimed at scaling their businesses in a competitive economic environment.
A series of premium business masterclasses formed the core of the event, addressing critical areas such as innovation, taxation, bookkeeping, and auditing. Facilitators emphasized the importance of structured financial management, compliance, and strategic planning as essential drivers of sustainable business growth.
Participants were also introduced to a range of financial empowerment opportunities, including access to loans with or without collateral, as well as asset financing solutions for vehicles, solar systems, and other operational needs. Additional initiatives highlighted at the conference included the “Pay Small Small Laptop Scheme,” designed to enhance digital accessibility for entrepreneurs, and simplified pathways for opening sole trader corporate accounts, even outside conventional registration constraints.
Beyond financing, the conference featured structured enterprise support mechanisms, including organized talent placement channels, workforce integration frameworks, and partnerships designed to connect qualified individuals with operational roles in participating organizations. These initiatives also created structured entry points for young graduates seeking practical industry experience.
A key highlight of the conference was the second session, which was open for free access and strategically utilized to sensitize participants on structured workforce support and job access frameworks linked to national youth employment and fellowship channels. Entrepreneurs, business owners, prospective host organizations, and fresh graduates were guided on how to leverage these systems for operational support and career development.
Participants were clearly informed that these opportunities are entirely free, with no form of payment required at any stage. This clarification was made to eliminate misinformation and ensure proper understanding of legitimate access pathways.
Speaking at the event, key facilitators including Hon. Ishaq Sa’ad, President of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), Kwara State Chapter, and Mr. Shola Oyedokun, MD/CEO of Truce Consultants, underscored the need for resilience, innovation, and adaptability in navigating prevailing economic realities. They urged participants to take decisive and strategic steps toward business expansion.
The conference was hosted by Chris Kehinde Oshundun, with Faith Oshundun serving as co-host, alongside other notable facilitators who contributed to the success of the programme.
Sponsors of the event included EcoBank PLC, OurPortal Technologies, Mighty Demolex Publishers, Diamond Standard Ltd, Phursuns World, Agrigens TV, the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), Noventis Premium, Baked By Lola, Kwara Tech, and TGIC Farms, among others.
The Business Growth Accelerator Conference reaffirmed its commitment to empowering entrepreneurs with the knowledge, systems, and networks required to thrive, while charging participants to act decisively in scaling their businesses—now or never.
